I'm working in mindbridge for last two and a half years and performing my duties as a Email support representative. My job was to support our clients through email service. A client write to us about his/her issue and our job is to assess that contact and provide the corresponding solution with the correct course of actions and provide necessary adjustments if needed. During my tenure, I've learned a lot about this industry. I've got a strong grip on my English/Urdu reading and writing skills. Assessing issues and talk back in a semi formal tone so that our clients feel comfortable while explaining their issue to us.
I've also worked as a chat support agent where my job was to receive multiple inbound chats of our customers and resolve their issue according to the given SOPs. We also call them sometimes to follow up on a case if neede so that made me very good at multitasking and call support.
