· Successfully managed over $ 12 million development and humanitarian programmes (Education, Nutrition and Health, Shelter, WASH, Cash for work and Food Security) in partnership with local and international partners. Supported the development and implementation of an appropriate approach to results-based management in line with the organisation's partnership approach. Established emergency responses in Pakistan after the supper flood of 2010. · Led the implementation of humanitarian and development projects /programmes (Food Security and Livelihood, WASH. Health, Education and Psychosocial, Shelter and Infrastructure) of Care International funded by multiple donors in partnership with several local NGO partners. Responded to several emergencies (flood, Cyclone, earthquake, complex emergency) in Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh Provinces.
With the joint support of Ani-Slavery International, London and Charles Wallace Foundation Trust/ British Council, Pakistan, developed, various reports through desk research on Human Rights and bonded labour issues of Pakistan.
Lead the Network of 8 reputable NGOs (Church World Service Pakistan and Afghanistan, Caritas Pakistan/Hyderabad, TRD, PVDP, SAFWCO, RWWO, MRDO and LSRDA). Strengthened the partners NGOS through institutional development, trainings, research, exposure visits and developed linages with Government, UN and various agencies.
