Responsible for the smooth operations of Industrial Relations of the factory, this includes overall responsibility for CBA / employee relations, preparation & analysis of charter of demands raised by CBA to Management, Heading workers management Council, keeping close coordination with legal adviser in respect of IR matters. As IR Specialist, managing five collective bargaining agents (CBA) and 12 unions across fifteen manufacturing units, provide support to unit head on core IR issues which includes negotiations with collective bargaining agents, grievance handling, resolving industrial disputes, identifying potential IR risks. Devise a strategy with legal and the external legal counsel on IR litigation cases. Put in place a 3rd party outsource services framework across all 17 units. Build capability of contractor on managed outsource services and coach all unit Managers and Line Managers on best practices in implementing 3rd party outsource services mechanism. Liaison with Legal Advisor in litigation matters and represents Company in Courts of Law. Coordination with Lawyers and presence in Labour court to update the management from IR proceedings Drafting replies of different cases pending in different Courts of Law additionally NIRC, Ombudsman, and Labour Secretariat Dealing with disciplinary actions against employee for violating the Company's acceptable performance and conduct policy, concluding investigation inquires and providing an unbiased investigation report to Management to initiate an appropriate disciplinary action. Liaison with different Government departments i.e. EOBI, SESSI, Worker Welfare, Labour Secretariat, KE,and Law enforcement agency Prepare and drafting of 3rd party contracts, agreements, addendum and tenancy

Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits, administer payroll and maintain staff records
In conjunction with the CEO and ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law

Handling issues with Industrial Relations, SESSI, EOBI, Group Insurance and Labour department
Management of Fire and Safety for the entire site including risk assessments, audits and revisions of policy and procedures
Work closely with staff and workers on all grievance issues within the company.
Maintain the Housekeeping on daily basis as per the compliance audit.
Monitor of contractual services like staff and workers canteen and Pick and drop Transport.

operation of the company including Security of both the plants and other locations

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
Complete relevant records and log books, in a professional manner providing sufficient detail.
