Senior Supply Chain Executive
Supply Chain Executive (Directly reports to Supply Chain Manager) To ensure that each & every project should be delivered within the desired timeline of the client by coordination between Sales, Development, Production, Supply Chain & Merchandising departments. Overall project planning at the time of start, controlling at the time of execution & ensuring timely delivery at the end. Key Responsibilities are Project Management In terms of Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning & Installation according to client timelines. Material Requirement Planning BOM verification, Lead Time estimation of raw materials & WIP’s. Estimation of the required material to complete the project & ensure its timely availability. Production Planning & Control Production Planning of projects according to capacity & its implementation according to plan. Project Closing and Cost Analysis Project closing and cost analysis of projects when it has completed from execution. Verification of planned materials vs. actual materials, Planned Labor vs Actual Labor and Planned WIP’s vs. Actual WIP’s Track and maintain the Materials and WIP’s record Analysis of Planned Budget vs. Actual Budget
