Maintain and improve the production of sulfuric acid 98%
Maintain the quality of sulfuric acid
Control the yield factor
Control the melting procedure of sulfur by steam
Process & Operation Control the Conversion of SO2 to SO3
Control & Maintain the absorption of SO3 and air drying process
Control the cooling operation of sulfuric acid
Maintain the neutralizing of Stack by Caustic soda
Supervise overall production, storage and filling of sulfuric acid
Supervise and monitoring all maintenance jobs for sulfuric acid plant
Maintain the quality of BFW (boiler feed water)
Maintain the efficiency of RO (Reverse osmosis) plant
Maintain the efficiency of WHR boiler
Supervise and monitoring of maintenance of boiler & RO plant
Supervise the lubrication jobs for all moving equipment’s
Installation & monitoring of new equipment’s
Monitoring of All safety jobs for sulfuric acid plant
