Applies substantive knowledge in order to assist Representative thoroughly in the scope, diversity and complexity of all programme, operations and organizational commitments. Interprets and summarizes information based on knowledge of Programme, Organization and broader situation and context.
2. Documentation of Accounts.
Use initiative to anticipate Representatives needs to develop written communication. Drafts letters, memos, minutes of meetings and reports to communicate Representatives decisions, ideas and agenda. Edit documents to incorporate information and ideas specific to the programmatic activities within Programme Director. Use technical programmatic understanding and ability to coordinate with other stakeholders to proactively compose presentation materials, speeches and notes for use by the Representative in a variety of settings.
Lot of Experience in accountancy, financial reporting and financial recording activities as well.
3. Research and analysis.
Use high level research and analysis skills to conduct research for the Representative on a range of programmatic, operational and socio-political (current affairs etc.) topics. Applies knowledge of data research and manipulative analysis and presents findings in innovative ways.
