• Led a multi-disciplinary technical and operational Team in design, improvement, and coordination of capacity building programs serving nearly 1,000,000 people nationally.
• Track record of successfully building the capacity of local partners to monitor and evaluate delivery of humanitarian assistance, and of advising donors to improve humanitarian/resilience programming and coordination in contexts similar to and if possible in Pakistan.
• Introduced and managed a three-year program-wide change management effort involving internal and external stakeholders to launched operationally self-sustained programs which led to the creation of Omer Asghar Khan Center for Development as independent entity.
• Coached team members and conducted technical reviews to support quality development of standards, guidelines, studies, reports, and consultancies.
• Represented Sungi Development Foundation’s HID program in internal and external audiences, and worked to see that Sungi’s programming was acknowledged in the larger national agenda.
