• Responsible for daily correspondence on Computers.
• Help in Agenda Preparation and arranging meetings.
• Preparing statistics handling data such as attendance figures.
• Inward and outward Register Management & Processing Invoices.
• Resolving of cases regarding Semesters System and Pre-auditing.
• Updating information to University Examination System software.
