Designed a Personnel structure and Employee Structure involving Personnel Areas, Personnel Sub-areas, Employee groups and Employee Subgroups (at Project level)
Maintained employee Master data and provide Ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested.
Responsible for executing system data with technical team.

Reviewing monthly attendance of employees from different locations.
Ensuring leaves are availed as per the leave application and applications are recorded.
Preparing Attendance (Time Register) and leave register for the month of account for the leave balance of employees.
Calculate pay days, leave and leave without pay days.
Input leave and attendance data for salary data preparation.
Preparing monthly salary/payroll data of employee based on attendance and leaves data.
Running off cycle payroll every month before actual & final payroll of monthly salary.
Reconcile Payroll Voucher with Actual payroll disbursement sheet before posting to finance.
Responsible of all amendments after payroll (if required)
Responsible of employee’s full and final settlement every month (Payroll)
