Preparation of HSE Plan and Policy
Evaluation of contractor performance at defined intervals to confirm conformance with HSE requirement and provide feedback for improvement

Closure of all types of permits on daily basis

Supervise the Work at height of almost 100+ft on SCAFFOLDING after proper inspection of scaffolding as per safety protocols
Executed the critical job like crane lifting safely after proper INSPECTION and METHOD STATEMENT of the job
Attended the strong EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN training and drills held at coronet foods limited by EHS team
Arranged the daily TOOL BOX TALK meeting before any job start
