The Field Researcher will participate in the final performance evaluation of the USAID/Pakistan Health Communication Component of the Maternal and Child Health Program. The program designs and implements mass media campaigns and community level interventions in 10 districts in Sindh to promote behavioral change related to family planning and reproductive health services. The evaluation will produce conclusions and recommendations that will inform the implementation of a follow-on health project. It will also identify innovations, best practices, and lessons learned to guide the design of similar future programs.
The Field Researcher will support the evaluation by supporting the field work, conducting interviews, working with other team members to fully document fieldwork (e.g., taking and transcribing interview notes), and participating in analyzing the qualitative data. The Field Researcher will work with the team in Islamabad and Sindh.
Responsibilities:
· Review all relevant documents required to understand the evaluation.
· Participate in a Team Planning Workshop (TPW) in Islamabad (or Karachi) to understand the evaluation purpose and methodology and develop data collection instruments and data collection and analysis plans.

The Advocacy Communication Manager-SRHR (Sexual Reproductive Health Rights) will provide overall technical input to the NARI Foundation for the capacity building of Program Team (Including Managers, Monitoring & Evaluation Officers and Advocacy Officers) on the sexual reproductive health issues in Pakistan, particularly in Sindh province, the causes of sexual reproductive health rights violations and the way out to address these issues, will design and provide wide array of stakeholders to coordinate for smooth implementation of the activities and get broad level results to address the challenges of sexual reproductive health rights (SRHR) advocating the rights properly to raise awareness among the communities to claim sexual reproductive health right as a basic right.
Responsibilities:
· Review the available material on Sexual Reproductive Health Rights in Pakistan through various sources of health department (LHW Program etc)
· Advocacy Communication Manager will draw an outline of the activities have to carries out in the field for collection of primary information in District Sukkur Sindh.
· Participate in a Capacity Building Workshop in Sukkur to share the evaluation purpose and methodology and develop data collection instruments and data collection and analysis plans with field team of NARI Foundation Sukkur.
· Organize coordination meeting of the relevant stakeholders to discuss the situation of Sexual Reproductive Health Rights in the field and the available options to get start for awareness through advocacy sessions and also develop an implementation plan for the activities.
