QA focus from scoping to release for multiple projects.
Work with PM and clients to define deliverables and testing phases.
Keeping track of feature deliverables and timelines to assist in managing weekly releases.

Confirming and refining requirements in Jira.
Create, execute and evaluate manual test cases for functional and regression testing.
Manage client and 3rd party UAT.

Experience in API testing, test harness creation
Experienced with the ability to implement SQA processes, awareness, and understanding of various tools (Jmeter, Cypress, Postman, JIRA).
Customer Support:
Working with team to monitor customer support ticketing systems.
Ticket triaging and defect resolution.
Performing 1st line support tasks i.e. user set, report generations, etc.
Raise Development tasks in Jira.
Job Responsibilities:
Running automated and manual quality assurance checks on various mobile devices and software systems
Updating operating systems according to organizational and end-user needs or preferences
Testing applications after they go live to ensure all features function properly
Provide feedback to the mobile development team so they can make improvements before product launch
Updating operating systems, specifically Android
Working with device manufacturers, product managers, and development teams to test and optimize mobile products

Closely work with Telenor product experience team at Telenor.
Attending the regular client calls and discussing the weekly status with the Manager.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Resolution of escalated issues within committed timelines develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Experience with software development lifecycle processes.
