A highly skilled, talented and qualified electronic technician,experience in Research and development of electronic hardware including design, integration, and debugging of proprietary PCBs as well as purchased components that are used in our high-end Security handling equipment.
• PCB SMT and thru-hole soldering experience
• Reading blueprints and possess familiarity with standard parts and tools utilized in SMT processes
• Familiarity with CAD tools like EAGLE, Altium, etc
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Drive
Surface mount technology operations, fine pitch soldering, rework.

• New Product Introduction supported by MES software
• Integrated electronic work instructions for assembly
• Automatic surface mount assembly with on-the-fly component verification
(0201, fine pitch placement , BGA, QFN, DFN capability)
• Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI)
• Manual through hole component assembly with flow and hand soldering
• Electromechanical Assembly
• Box-build and system integration
• Inspection to IPC 610 Class 3
• ISO 9001 / 14001 / IIP
• Test strategy development
