I hold an extensive experience of 30years in training and education. I have served many organizations across Sindh on improvement and development projects.
I have the expertise in handling HR matters including recruitment and selection also establishing documents like surveys, policies, training outlines and manual, school development plan, students’ progress report, developing monitoring and evaluation framework and setting up learning & development framework
I am also serving as a consultant for school development program at Rizq Foundation. The project is being implemented in different areas of interior Sindh such as Gharro, Dhabajee, Rehri goth, Sajawal, Thatta. I focuses on employees’ capacity building. Within the scope of project I have formulated and executed SOPs for staff and all policies are documented.
I have conducted various capacity building, digital literacy and managerial level trainings for educationalist and other professionals. During my career I have been a direct support in different projects including planning, implementation, and monitoring & evaluation.
I have also been actively involved in tracking performance, conducting assessments, and training teachers. I was responsible for regional monitoring on educational reforms projects of government schools running under Adopted A School program under the supervision of PEN (Sindh Chapter)..
I have been conducting training and facilitating beneficiaries for USaid and UNDP funded projects, benefiting thousands of children and youth throughout. I am a member of SPELT and Badal Do program. I facilitated beneficiaries of female employability program of TUSDEC funded by UNDP.
