Record customer complaints & route it to CRU for further resolution.
Report every incident which could lead to customer dissatisfaction.
Perform root-cause analysis of every problem.
Provide neutral feedback to CRU regarding any complaints related to branch or arising from branch.
Try to satisfy irritated customer at the branch level & keep a follow-up to their issues.
Maintain daily checklist of branch health.
