- Managing the entire Technical Development department of entire Naseeb Networks (i:e : ROZEE.PK, Mihanti.com, Naseeb.com, Bastee.pk, Garee.pk and few more) along with all the other projects
- Product conceptualization, scheduling launches and working with engineering & QA to produce timely results
- Communicating features and functionality to various stakeholders (management, support,
development & design team, QA team)
- Communication and feedback with Sales Team to enhance the product's feature
- Represent company in client meetings and integration call as a Product and Technical Manager
- Introduced Agile Development methodologies
- Constant communication with international (Saudi) team to produce a better job product for the international market
- Requirement gathering from the client for the custom career job engines/portals, monitoring the complete development lifecycle (analysis, development, QA and deployment)
- Technical resolution of customer's issue

- To manage team and project timelines,
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

- Day to day tasks with respect to team & task environment, monitoring & reporting

- Handle technical queries from business partners/clients on integration and product scope environments
- Work with product management and sales on new business opportunities
