Assist and train the loan officer in all relevant steps of his responsibilites. Develope, train and transfer knowledge (policy and procedure)to new and existing staff.Ensure the target achievement of all the NRSP products and service assign from the branch. Monitoring and guidance of sale staff and coordinate field visit with sale team and update supervisor on daily basis.Maintain and control highest level of service quality. Ensure regular and effective monitoring of branch portfolio on daily & monthly basis and ensure timely collection. Ensure documentation of leased property verify and mortgage.

Dealing in all types of business and home loan. i.e Enterprise loan, khushhali home plus loan, agriculture, school, Gold loan etc
Ensure service delivery with defined TAT of all credit cycle steps.Appraisal of the business, investigation and verification of the collateral.
