I enjoyed working for vulnerable adults and helped them in their personal hygiene, serving and helping to feed meals, encouraging them to engage with the daily activities, regularly checking the service users’vital signs etc.
Being senior support worker I helped the RGN to update care plans according to the best practice guidelines given by CQC.
Managing Risk Assessment in general and also for the individual service user was also part of my responsibilities.
I was also responsible for the on job trainings for the new comers care and nursing staff as part of the induction plan.

Here are some common essential skills and abilities that we used as a team.
