Accurate reporting and timely consultation, following the orders of the doctors and/or supervisors.
Ensures complete transfer of relevant information to the next shift team.

Responds appropriately and adequately to obstetrical emergency situations and complicated deliveries
Supervises the referrals, ensures that all patients are referred on time to adequate health structures and ensure that the administrative procedures are properly followed
Supervise Lady Health visitors (LHVs) and community midwifes in their day-to-day work Plans and organizes activities in the ward, ensuring that all activities is being carried out according to MSF protocols and guidelines.

Ensure that LHVs and CMWs and other staff under her supervision implement Doctors instructions within the premises or the community, in regard to patients care as written in the progress/treatment sheet.
