Assist to Manager (HR) in all recruitment matters, conduct Job analysis and prepare Job description and carryout selection / Recruitment of all employees after assessment of Department wise requisition of vacant post.
Responsible for overall operational and managerial activities of recruitment, payroll, training & employee relations.
Coordinate with the review team for company Strength / Salary / Increments / Bonus / Gratuity and other monetary benefits of the employees.
Co-corporate with staff to prepare monthly salaries of all employees and other payments like bonuses, leaves payments, Annual Increments and Full and Final Settlement.
Prepare documentation of employees regarding E.O.B.I, P.E.S.S.I & Labour.
Ensuring the complete and correct information in employee personal files and Cloud based company Database

Supervision of CRS and Distribution staff in Unit and negotiation with sales and distribution
team for achieving monthly target
Selection, Execution and Recommendation for the publicity, Advertisement, Sampling, Discount
and TOTs injection for Retention and Conversion
Keep update record of sales by Collect sales card outlets wise and maintain in Database
Responsible daily unit base local purchase
Responsible to keep record of Staff attendance and coordinate with Head office HR & Accounts
team for preparation of payroll and disbursement of all types of benefits
Responsible unit based event management
Coordinate with shipping team to make sure all SKUs in stock for effective sales management
