Preparation and maintenance of financial records, salary and other withholding tax statements on monthly basis in system, reconciliation of petty cash payments. Managing employee payroll and benefits, including taxation on monthly basis. Manage and prepare for audit, coordinate, and resolve any issues, fixed assets, including fixed assets depreciation and record. Coordinate and maintain a cordial relationship with vendors, banks, and other relevant stakeholders. Maintain record and track the taxes on Amal trainings for filing purposes. Prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow), and Bank reconciliations along with any other accounting statements.

Manage attendance and leave calendar for the employees, Review and prepare fuel and travel reimbursement and reconciliations. Manage and oversee visa and extension processes as required. Build a system for proper hard and soft filing and storage of records and financial data.
