I am an accomplished Director of Engineering and an accomplished Senior Facilities Management professional having served in leading 5 S tar Hotels internationally including pre-opening experience of a very high end Luxury 5 Star Hotel of 357 rooms with 5 F&B outlest in Doha in Qatar in 2017 and also I held senior leadership roles as Senior Facilities Manager & Head of the operations of reputed FM company in Dubai overseeing a workforce of 500 personnel ,moreover served as Facilities Manager for an iconic Twin Commercial Towers in Dubai G+52F+3B+6P in a very high end European work environment and I maintained very high service standards and I received an excellent feedback/reference letters from the Tenants of the Twin Towers.
Earlier I served as Facilities Manager of 40 Star Commercial & 40 Staror Residential Towers in Dubai on a fixed term of 3.5 months as a special project towards addressing & rectifying the post construction and the Defect Liability period issues which I successfully addressed & rectified and I received an excellent feedback/reference letters from the Property Manager & the tenants.
By profession I am a Marine Engineer and I gained my professional qualifications from the UK and I am holding prestigious certificate in occupational Health & Safety namely IOSH managing safely from the UK moreover I am hilding UK City & Guilds internationally accredited Qualification of Security Manager in March 2014 from Dubai Police Academy in the UAE.

Chief Engineer(Pre-Opening)
IJoined as Pre-Opening Chief Engineer responsible to identify all the snags sitting in MEP, HVAC, Extra Low voltage system and to raise the snags in the project meetings and requesting the main contractor to address and rectify the snags.
To witness installation, Testing & Commissioning of MEP, HVAC, Extra Low Voltage system.
Hotel Building was duly approved by Qatar Civil Defense in December 2016 and I participated in the Testing & Commissioning of MEP, HVAC and Extra Low Voltage systems with the Corporate Chief Engineer, Corporate Project Director, Main Contractor and the Specialist Sub Contractor.
After all the snags of MEP, HVAC, Extra Low voltage, Hotel Guest rooms, Hotel apartments, Public areas etc have been addressed and snags rectified to attend the final inspection of the hotel with the Hotel owning company representative, Hotel GM, Resident Manager etc to take physical handover of the Hotel building.
Prior to the physical handover of the hotel building to receive all the As-Built Drawing , Architectural Drawings of MEP, HVAC, Extra Low Voltage, All the operations & maintenance manuals, Complete spare parts list, Complete list of most essential spare parts of various systems, All the Warranties like The Structural integrity of the Hotel Building, Expansion joints, Complete documents of Testing & Commissioning reports, Chilled water Balancing report of Chilled water side and the Airside. To arrange hands-on training of Engineering staff by the Main contractor and Specialist Sub contractors towards a very safe and smooth Hotel Engineering operations of various systems like MEP, HVAC, Extra low voltage system etc
The physical handover of the Hotel building commenced on 10th April 2017 and this coincided at the time of my last duty as Pre-opening Chief Engineer of Centara Grand Hotel Doha on 12th April 2017
