 Responsible for sending and receiving RFQs and Quotations.
 Negotiate price and leads time.
 Monitoring price history of assigned materials.
 Answering customers and principals’ queries.
 Follow-up for submitted offer till receiving PO.
 Review the PO and acknowledge to customer.
 Creation the items & Prices in ERP System.
 Preparing SO in ERP System.
 Preparing Purchase Order in ERP System.
 Liaising any discrepancy amount on accounting payable to expedite delivery.
 Follow up with supplier and Expediting deliveries.
 Ensure all materials ready before the required date specially in Shutdown.
 Follow up materials from end-user if quality and expectations are met as per request / brochures.
 Responsible for clarifications and or returning materials to suppliers.

 Attend dialogue with Sales team to discuss and address sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities through regular meetings.

Logistics Roles & Responsibilities:


 Reporting to the Division Manager as Sales Supervisor for coordinating and managing all domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments for KSA.

 Booking Shipments for all modes of transport ensuring all transactions are covered in accordance to the local operations processes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Shipments are handled and delivered as per the customers’ requirements.
Overseeing material tracking system ensuring the customer receives real time material status.
