In the material read aloud material (BIG BOOKS Stories), Work Book, Training Manual for in service teachers of Primary Schools (Lesson Plan) & Leveled Readers (books for three high, middle and lower levels of reading strength), conducted middle, and end level assessment with students of grade one and two using EGRA tool. Conducted number of assessments with teachers, monitoring lesson plan implementation in the class room.

Responsibilities/Achievements:
• Performed responsibilities of overall project management and coordination of “Reclaiming Gender Rights in Crisis” throughout project in the collaborative efforts of UNFPA and Aurat Foundation.

• Successful Implementation of Project, Successfully Campaigned of Waseela e Taleem (BISP intervention for education) by promoting admission and registration of the children of beneficiaries under age of 5-12 years.
• Registration & enrolment of 4000 students of marginalized families of beneficiaries in Karachi.
• Mobilized women being BISP Beneficiary (living below the poverty line). Worked as Field Officer in The project entitled as “Prevention of HIV/AIDS among Fishermen Community” through this project reproductive health issues were being addressed. Door to door visits and meetings with married women to enhance their knowledge on safe mahtods and prevention of HIV/AIDS and health.

• Worked as Vice Principal Genius Educational Nursery School Thatt Solangi district Naushahro Feroze for two years.
• Remained responsible for curriculum review, administrative and extra curriculum activities including celebration of special national and international days.
• Teaching process of the teachers to improve primary grades were under my observation where it was taken on high priority to articulate leaning of language and counting with activities and with mass representation, avoid miss understanding of the concepts.
• It was kept in mind to teach them through the ways "out of the box activities" of learning. I remained engaged of all learning activities. I have been engaged in critics on loops of Ordinary learning process.

• In 2013 while working with Social Mobilization on National Cash Transfer (BISP). This project was especially working for primary grades student. Children of BISP beneficiaries were enrolled and admitted in primary schools. The children learning and curriculum understanding was being closely observed. There were direct meetings with teachers (and children) who have been teaching primary grades. We encounter number of cases children with poor understanding on language and phonemic awareness because of poor teaching strategies.
