Managing program at country level through implementing partners.

I am working with Muslim Hands since July 2021 as a program officer. Under my supervision I am looking sponsorship, eudcation and communty development program.

Worked as a WASH officer for two years with plan
In addition worked as education coordinator.
Have been working as a focal person for DRR, universal birth registration.
Worked with communities for their capacity building and implementing partners.

• Working as education focal person for NFE and ECCD program in Plan international Pakistan urban program unit Islamabad. And being the focal person following tasks are being performed
• (Liasoning/dealing with Government and partners (Federal Directorate of Education) in education program.
• Selection process of the partner for education program.
• Awareness raising campaigns and seminars on different topics related to education programme.
• Facilitating the enrollment campaigns and process at community and school level.
• Facilitating Education partner in implementation of the education program.
• Facilitating and creating the close coordination of different stakeholders for education program.
• Parent’s teacher’s council/ School management committees revamping and reactivation and capacity building on the roles and responsibilities.
• Facilitating Teachers training on the adverse effects of corporal punishment, alternative disciplining, scheme of study development, child friendly environment activities and activity based learning techniques.
• Formation of children clubs and training at school level.
• School based Disaster risk reduction and mitigation plans development, capacity building of school staff and children and its appropriate implementation
