As an ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS OFFICER, My objective is help to maintain the office and keep it running smoothly..My daily work is to make OUT-GOINGS and IN-COMINGS payments on SAP(SYSTEM APPLICATION PRODUCT). Make AP/INVOICES and AR/INVOICES on SAP..Filling the documents..Update the market file with customer ledgers and invoices and often manually for the confirmation of balances from customer side... make STATEMENT OF CASH FLOWS on daily and monthly basis..make RECEIPTS AND PAYMENTS SHEET and DAILY EXPENSE SHEET on excel and reconcile with the cash count form..(a cash count form is a document which fills all the details of every single item incoming and outgoing of cash & credit payments and every single item of expense with opening and closing balance of physical cash..and also do the tasks provide by seniors...if you give me the chance to enhance my skills i give you assurance i will never let you down...
