Recruitment: Responsible for the end to end recruitment process starting from developing Job descriptions, designing advertisements, job postings, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting Interviews, registration formalities and detailed on-boarding of the new hires. On average closing 15 -20 positions each month in different grades & functions all across the company.
Training: Responsible for all the employees' entire training program at all levels, including planning the annual and monthly training plan and training budget. Coordination of all the trainings. Costing and analysis of the trainings. Responsible for designing the training content and standees.
Industry-Academia Linkage: Responsible for conducting Industrial Visits (from Company's presentation till the factory visit), dealing with Internships, participating in career fairs, handling the visits of Delegates.
