Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.

Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
Following up complicated customer calls where required.

Identification of 20 Households as per listing. Assigning of Households among team members on tablet.
I did internship at Human Rights Commission of Pakistan from 5 June 2017 to 4 Aug 2017 only for two months, in internship i did research on "Honor Killing in Sindh" and look after the office work as like file maintaining, organizing seminars and meetings, also worked on inpage.
