• Material procurement receipts, physical inspection, maintaining minimum & maximum level of critical and fast moving items, maintaining all procurement documentations.
• Arrange the inventory of all imported and local spare parts of all machines.
• Managing the inventory of leverageable and commodity materials separately.
• Establishing tactical and ongoing relationships with the suppliers according to the nature of material.
• Plays active part in project planning, making project feasibility, time action plan, job costing/ROI (return of investment) and project execution.
• Troubleshooting of printing, bleaching and stenter machines.
• Maintaining maintenance schedules of machines and carrying out all mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Co-ordination for projects and other electrical works with contractors and vendors.
Analysis of vendor performance and negotiation with vendors on different projects.

• Leading various energy savings & alternate energy projects (including solar system, LED lights and solar tubes).

• Hands on experience of Caterpillar Gas & Diesel engine
• Planning & maintaining of preventive maintenance schedule of the genset and power factor panels.
• Maintain the inventories of all imported and local spare parts of generators.
