I have experience of more than 16 Years including Software Industry and Teaching in different Universities. My main focus area has been in Software Project Management / Project Delivery. I have been working in different roles ranging from Director, Project Manager, Consultant upto VP - Delivery in different prestigious Software Houses across Lahore including Systems Ltd, Sensys, Coeus with Local and International Clients. My role primarily involve establishing PMO in different organzation to streamline Project Management Processess to ensure timely project timely delivery within scope and budget.
Business Process Re-Engineering has been my prime focus area within Project Management.
Mentoring team members and creating team of winning players has been my passion. I have been teaching in different prestigious Universities in different capacities ranging from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor / Deputy Director till Consultant. I have been recording different Courses for Virtual University for their Masters and undergraduate study programs and my Lectures are available publicly.
