Development/Humanitarian Response Professional. Over 09 years of progressive experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability Learning (MEAL). Have the ability to develop MEAL frameworks, data collection and management systems, have a strong hold on Results Based Monitoring (RBM), designing and conducting baseline, progress review and end-line surveys as well as outcome/impact assessments for both soft and hard activities, expertise in submitting donor reports, conducting key project documents like log-frames, performance measurement framework, experienced in establishing and ensuring accountability mechanisms and learning exercises. Have worked as part of a team on developing project proposals and project log-frame. Experienced in developing output and outcome indicators to successfully achieve the program goal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical:
Developing frameworks, LFA, MEAL plan, qualitative and quantitative indicators.
Development of Business process/DIP and multiple formats for activities implementation.
Operational:
Supporting periodic reporting of each project being implemented in respective area office in line with IRW MEAL Framework.
Responsible for tracking progress against output and outcome level indicators for each project.
Furnishing and disseminating critical findings and observations relating to implementation project implementation plans and processes with line manager as well as respective project lead.
Holding debriefing sessions with concerned teams on critical findings and observations to chalk out action points and course correction measures.
Responsible to maintain and update program/project level cumulative progress against output and outcome indicators on the Indicator Matrix.
Updating 4Ws and 5W matrix of all sectors.
Responsible for designing and conducting project related reviews and reflections to extract important lessons learnt for continuous improvement.
Responsible in designing and conducting KAP, Assessments and Baseline/Endline Surveys.
Responsible for collation & consolidation of KAP, Assessments and Baseline/Endline reports.
Collecting and document case studies and success stories
Facilitating internal and external action research activities such as impact studies, evaluations etc.
Updating Performance Monitoring Tool (PMT(s) and MIS of the area.
Updating organizational MIS like Program Real time Information System for Management (PRISM) on monthly and need based.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to project sites to carry out technical monitoring as well as gather feedback from the beneficiary community.
Observe all bidding processes held to award program grants.
Attend Project Oversight Committee (POC) meetings when held.
Support respective Field Team by collecting and organizing reporting documentation for submission.
Compile comprehensive final project evaluations based on information retrieved from the database
Coordinate with M&E field staff to obtain field data pertinent to each project to be included in Final Evaluation Reports.
Implement new data collection tools
Conduct extensive interviews with beneficiaries (qualitative data collection) in the field
Conduct Focus Group Discussions and other qualitative data collection methods
Use new M&E Information Management Systems
Interact and liaise with Implementing Partners (IPs) in NGO grants
Accompany and facilitate donor M&E team during field visits
Facilitate and support colleagues by providing technical knowledge
Track and organize Site Visit Notes received from the field for easy access during final evaluations.
Support the M&E Manager and Supervisory in the collection of additional information from the field as required
Signing DCF after successful completion of the grant and covering responsibility of the signed deliverables
Ensuring each M&E activity is properly documented and reported within 2 days of activity held.
Identify and document success stories, lessons learned and case studies on extraordinary aspects of the project

Duties and responsibilities:
· Under the guidance of the M&E Coordinator, work with the projects staff to collect, manage and disseminate data and prepare and complete weekly/monthly monitoring reports on- time and accurately
· Development/ improvement of the data/information management tools including reporting formats etc.
· Assist in preparing periodical program updates/reports
· Carry out regular onsite monitoring of projects as directed by M&E Coordinator and provide on spot necessary guidance.
· Monitor financial records and ensure NRC policies.
· Keep track of all projects to ensure timely completion

Duties and responsibilities:
· Undertaking monitoring visits to literacy centers and training (Government and home based) institutions in target areas;
· Assist training coordinator in the selection process of partners
· Arrange and conduct various training workshops
· Day-to-day assistance to partners in delivery of training curriculum and teacher improvement;
· Reporting; weekly, monthly, mid-term/quarterly and monitoring reports.
· Monitoring of partners, government Instructors and local teachers as above against indicators and budgets;
· Maintaining project records/inventory
· Database entry, maintenance of performance monitoring records, and collation of reports on training activities in target areas;
· Assist in the implementation of program assessments, research or evaluations;
· Administration duties associated with activities in target areas;
· Participation in staff training and coordination meetings in target areas and/or Peshawar as required by management.
· Assist in the process of final evaluation of partners
