Memeber of Daily Commitee under Worthey Commisioner in  the Muncipal matters/ Social Matters/ Land Matters  in Commisioner office Sahiwal.

1. Develop understanding on National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) related documents, including NSER guidelines and instructional manual to grasp the registry mechanism and the systems developed by BISP MIS for the survey.
2. Participate in the centralized trainings for master trainers to be held by/ SDPINSER and develop the knowledge/expertise required for becoming master trainer.
3. Identify and finalize competent and capable staff for the project positions in the assigned District to assist SDPI in Field level hiring of project staff, establishment of  field offices and management of logistics.
4. Train the field staff within the assigned district(s).
5. Deploy and distribute final teams according to the project requirements for affective coverage and quality deliverables.
6. Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain their support for smooth implementation of project activities.
7. Plan field activities and set timelines with targets for all District level teams and maintain update plans/timelines regularly
8. Ensure deliverables and timelines are met as per plan.
9.  Ensure compliance to terms of reference as per the agreed project scope.
10. Monitor BISP dashboard DCSS including SDPI dashboard VMCA on regular basis.
11. Conduct random and periodic field visits for spot and back checks to his/her areas of intervention.
12. Review the daily outputs of Targeting Teams and check their productivity. In case of low outputs, S/he will contact the AC concerned for course correction.
13. Receive monitoring reports from the SDPI Monitoring Teams and BISP External and Internal Monitoring Teams, and resolve any issue that may have been raised.
14. Take corrective measures for issues identified as a result of spot-checks either conducted by the BISP team, SDPI as internal monitoring or Third-Party Operations Review Firm. 18. Share progress updates with Divisional Director of BISP on regular/weekly basis.

• To carry out overall monitoring and evaluation activities of (Prime Minister National Health Program).

• Monitoring and Evaluation of 500 Beneficiary Enrolment center.

• To inspect social mobilization activities of NRSP and SLIC under PMNHP in 17 Districts of Punjab. To conduct Desk review activities like, Enrollment of Beneficiaries, Complaints investigation, district beneficiaries admission/discharge reports. Feedback of beneficiaries etc, provided by Central Management information system.

• To construct KPIs for PMNHP as a member of technical committee of PHIMC.

• To keep keen observation on patient satisfaction of PMNHP beneficiaries and utilization of services.

• To Inspect 96 empaneled Public and Private Hospitals (Secondary and Tertiary) by Spot Checklist, Critical Core standard and core standard) within 17 District of Punjab.

• Prepared Annually M&E report of overall initiative of PMNHP under supervision of Manager M&E and CEO PMNHP.

• To Develop M&E tools and methodologies, Logical framework for monitoring and evaluation of BECs and empaneled hospitals under PMNHP.

• To coordinate with outsourced department like NADRA, SLIC, KPMG, OPM. Examined their annual draft and periodic report, provide feedback to Manager M&E and Director Enrolment PHIMC.

 To conduct meeting with the members of SUN (scale up Nutrition) to high light the issues of Iodine deficiency Disorder in Punjab. To keep Close coordination with district government.

 To Coordinate with P&SH department, DG health Office, BHUs, IRMNCH and other health related offices for IDD USI Program.

 To insure Adequacy of Salt Iodization in province Punjab.

 To arrange field visit for foreign delegation, CD, National Manager, Provincial Manager.

 To conduct quarterly IDDCC Iodine Deficiency Disorder District Committee meeting with Deputy Commissioner and its 11 members in Sialkot and Narowal.

 To conduct annually trainings of Food Inspectors, Salt Processors about Iodine Deficiency Disorder and VAS activity.

 To monitor Field activities on Division, District Level, cross check adequacy of salt at market, house hold level.

 To prepare annually quarterly, annually reports, presentation of salt adequacy progress for country office.

• To execute the vital process of the monitoring and evaluation necessary to determine needs of the project management, implementing partners and funding agencies in UMEED E JAWAN Project funded by USAID.

• Planning and developed strategies to achieve outcomes indicators and Impact indicators.

• Feedback on research tools, Sampling Plan, Sampling Techniques, problem solving, Data assessment, analysis, validation, reporting on Relevancy, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Sustainability, Impact.

• Conducting survey, interviews, kii, and Focus group discussions/Transcription in southern Punjab on the topic of encounter terrorism through peace.

• Demonstration Presentation to OTI/USAID Official of capacity of working in counter terrorism working in District Multan, Muzaffargarh, Lodhran, Bahawalpur in southern Punjab.

• To generate Reports on 56 Grants in Southern Punjab.

 Inspected and monitored the performance indicators of institutional reforms developed by ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK in the project of LBDCIP under PIDA in Sahiwal Division.

 Monitoring and Evaluation of the performance of AREA WATER BOARD LBDC Sahiwal and 53 Farmer organizations.

 Monitoring and Evaluation of the modern agriculture tools and its outcomes/Impact on crops awarded by Asian Development Bank to 53 famer organizations.

 Trained and give presentations to all stakeholders (Farmers of LBDC, PID Officials, Government Officials of Sahiwal, Khanewal and okara) on grass rout level on Institutional Reforms in water sector.

 Facilitate the election officer /senior election officer in Khal punchyat and Farmer organization’s Election.
 Supervised and inspect the farmers Organization in their Business Plan, Annual work
 Investigated and held different sensitive inquiries Assigned by Chief Executive AWB and Superintendent Engineer (Corruption, Undue favors, Water Theft, breech, cut account Matters, Complaints) of the staff.
