4 new projects are started at Mumtaz city and Top City Islamabad under the umbrella of J7 Group. These projects falls in a High rise building categories. Two was purely designed as a 5 star hotels and other two are the multipurpose building including (shopping mall, recreational area, hotels and restaurants, and other amenities). My job descriptions are

Ensure the requirement of the company QMS in according with ISO 9001:2015.
Approvals and testing of materials
Trails on various concrete mix designs.
Raising of Reconciliation reports
Review method statements and their approvals
Keep record of quality reports, Statistical review and relevant documentation.
Ensuring implementation and continuous improvement in Quality control system
Ensuring testing frequency on site and at Lab.
Processing of Non-compliance report.
Close coordination with projects staff, clients, and consultants to expedite the work in the good interest of clients.
Organizing for surveillance and inspection activities as per requirements.
Providing necessary inputs to respective site staff for improvement and to achieve project feasibility.  
Monitor contracts with improve quality control plans.
Meeting with vendors regarding their materials quality. 

Coordination with stake holders of projects, Assitance to Project director in Tendring and shortlisting of contractors, Creating shop drawings, proposal, and submittals, Making of Progress reports.

Managing the Project activites, Cost controlling, Preperation of BOQ, Variation orders and Technical sanctions, Processing of IPC's and sub contractors bills.

Supervision of Site activites as per Specifications and Standards.
