To plan, manage and supervise cost effective maintenance of facility’s plant, machinery, equipment and buildings to ensure uninterrupted operation and explore ways to improve on reliability of assets. Handle execution and monitoring of construction projects. (CAPEX PROJECTS)
•Maintaining the Oil Storage terminal having 10 Aboveground Atmospheric Storage Tanks according to API, NFPA and OGRA Standards.
•Ensure compliance & implementation of HSE, Quality, relevant Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) and standards for the maintenance and related construction activities at their assigned facility, using in-house and/or contractor resources.
•Maintenance of Terminal Equipment i.e. Centrifugal Pumps, Positive Displacement pumps and Product Flow meters, Fire Fighting System, Product Pipelines.
•Coordination with Operations, Procurement, Infrastructure, Projects and Maintenance department for timely completion of Technical projects and activities.
•Prepare M&R related PRs in SAP PM/MM Modules against approved Budgets (REVEX /CAPEX)
•Conducting Risk assessments, HAZOP (Hazard Operability) study and compliance, Incident Investigations and Trainings with company and contractor staff.
•Managing Permit to Work (PTW), Management of Change (MOC), Contractor Safety Management System.
•Maintaining Spares Inventory & Material consumptions for Maintenance activities using SAP MM Module.

-Preventive & Shutdown Maintenance of all mechanical equipment including Induction furnaces, pumps, Heat exchangers, cooling towers, E.O.T Cranes ,hydraulics systems.
-Maintaining Spare parts and History cards of mentioned systems/parts
-Performs Shift duties to ensure 24x7 smooth production of plant.
