I am an Attorney of 7 years standing, having obtained his Law Degree with Honours from the University of Punjab in 2011. In 2011 i started working in the Chamber of Barrister Salman Safdar as an associate, in December 2012 Jus & Rem Attorneys & Corporate Counsellors however since the beginning i have been handling private clients other than the clients of the Firm. In short span of time due to hard work and legal acumen, I managed to establish my own law firm in 2015.
I have extensive experience in the corporate , banking, IP law , IT law ,civil and criminal litigation and also commercial field including, conveyancing, mortgages, incorporations, partnerships, corporate acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and banking.
In Civil Litigation practice includes appearances in the High Court and Court of Sessions and Civil in all over Pakistan. My litigation experience in Court has encompassed virtually all aspects of Civil and Criminal Litigation, including but not limited to defence side and Corporate side of litigation includes Commercial, Banking, Insurance, Personal Injury, Property, Admiralty Litigation. In addition, I has appeared as Counsel in several major Arbitration Proceedings. Representation before concerned departments and Provincial Assembly , Legal advice regarding various issues with National Highway Authority and other vendors, parking bye laws for LePARK (LAHORE PARKING COMPANY), restoration of food street project which includes restoration, rehabilitation and development etc. incorporation of a Ravi company in which review of legal framework for establishment of an independent entity for project. Etc.
