Develop and expand Company’s LPG market share in South Region – Distributors, Retail, Commercial and Industrial
Responsible for sales results: volume, priding margins, market share and managing the recruitment of LPG from OGDCL field, PPL field, Imported and PRL
Ensures effective management and distribution of LPG bottles/bulk to all channel’s customers in liaison with Plant personnel.
Provide market data observations and trends to drive strategy and offer development.
Liaise with company to ensure compliance to Industry and Government LPG policy.
Ensures effective management and distribution of LPG bottles/bulk to all channel’s customers in liaison with other teams.
Ensure high standards are maintained at customer premises and company operations for LPG deliverables.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Assess market demand and prepare annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets for the Region. Provide inputs to Marketing Head for annual product portfolio review & long-term strategic planning.
Develop the annual sales plan and a marketing strategy with inputs and approval. To outline sales targets, pricing strategy, product mix, geographical mix, seasonal mix to increase market share.
Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other departments such as Finance, Development, Technical Interface Office, etc.
Develop and coordinate sales release cycle and methodology, optimizing product take-up rates and pricing, based on customer requirements for products and services and project revenue needs.
Delivering commercially viable Sales proposals and manage the pipeline of opportunities
Building and execution of sales forecasting and ensure proper execution of pricing, promotional programs
Collaborating with marketing and production to develop value proposition to key accounts.
Achieving the budgeted annual sales volume and price/margin of Key Account customersWorking/lobbying with Architects’ and Engineers, Institutions (Federal & State Ministries of Works etc.)
