Working in Ibex Global in NMMS Project (Nestle Milk Management System) since 2018, where we're providing IT Support services to Nestle Pakistan in NMMS project in which we're providing services to field team and office team to resolve the issues of customers and report the issues to Head Office and Developer Team and generate tickets against the issues raised.
I’ve been working with Ibex Global as S.D.E since July 2013. As a S.D.E, I’m responsible for:
• Acting as a first POC b/w client and Ibex support staff
• Ensuring that every single call/email is responded within the response time, and assignment to appropriate mates for the resolution
• Keeping track all the recorded issues from reporting to resolution
• Maintaining various routine activities, and other Sales related reports (on demand)
• Proficient in using the CRM, and all other business related official sites, and applications
• Extensive data verification (Excel reports)
• Verification of all Level-2 reported issues and escalate these to Level-3 for the resolution
• Update the Helpdesk system as per the requirement
• Record/Update and provide various daily reports to management and client
