• Over 6 years of experience in Education, Survey, Mobilization as M&E, Supervisor & Team Leader
• Skilled at identifying opportunities for Education, Survey and Mobilization,
• Demonstrated ability to work in multi-functional & multi-cultural environments,
• Capability to manage diverse tasks & roles within the framework of goals set,
• Sound Inter-personal and Communications skills.
• Ability to lead the team with directed instruction to meet the organizational goal ,
• Provide mentorship to GTs for preparations and demonstrate of SRP Teaching and Learning Materials in the Assist teachers in establishing in learning circles
• Prepare and conduct tablet-based Formative Assessment (FA) in every second month
• Attend quarterly review meeting called by DEOs, DFP, Learning & Literacy Advisors (LLA)s and Master Trainers (MTs)
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis jointly with MEL team
• Collect M&E data against each log frame indicators (n=12)
• Help and support M&E team to Conduct Data Verification exercise at field level
• Support M&E team during field visits and other Monitoring visits at field level
• Compile M&E data collection tools and further submit to M&E team.
• Provide school based support to the teachers in understanding and using the scripted lesson plans at the classroom level and assess students improvement in reading and numeracy skills
• Assist teachers in establishing in learning circles
• Attend review meeting in their respective district with SRP staff to report their observations and findings verbally on a monthly basis
• Encourage the teachers in their assigned schools to continuously use the supplementary teaching and learning materials provided by SRP
• Assist the teachers in developing a reading culture by establishing reading corners within the classrooms
• Assist teachers in regular use of learning materials by students during or after the school time
• Support the teachers through demonstration in conducting regular reading classes in the schools
