Job Responsibilities
Handling petty cash.
Prepare salary office Staff, Workers.
Maintenance office Building, Look after Plumbing work,
Ac Services, and Electrical Work.
Managing all travelling arrangement and accommodation.
Handling general administration dealings with outside entities Salary disbursements.
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
Direct Reporting to CEO, Directors.
Greeting guests and visitors.
Resolve administrative problems. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events and other similar activities.
Managing documents and files.
Time keeping of Head Office and ware house staff on daily basic. To check, and verify all over expenses & utilities bill related to management staff. Maintenance of record of all the Leave applications Reviewing the loan request for policy
