 Technical Review of Tendered Drawings to help the drafting staff in preparation of shop drawings, and after approvals interpretation of these shop drawings to sub-contractors' staff for smooth execution.
 Presentation of weekly progress, technical queries and material selection during the weekly meetings with the Architects in Singapore, Huawei Representatives and Local Consultants.
 Inspection of the completed activities prior to the consultant team inspection in order to control and maintain the quality of the work.
 Coordination with the MEP team to achieve the coherence between the HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing and Electrical fittings and fixtures with the Civil Finishes, and eradicate the clashes.
 Supervision of the team members in the installation of the steel structure for the main kitchen and local canteen.

 Supervised the effective implementation of all the material site tests and inspection schedules, ensured adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
 Monitored site activities to ensure that construction is progressing according to prescribed design, planned schedules and budgets.
 Verification of IPCs as per site progress for the approval of the payments to the contractor.
 Facilitated the meetings and site visits of the delegations from the Bangladesh High Commission.
