Working as department head Quality & HSE with following responsibilities;


1-Ensuring the compliance of quality standard (ASTM for Sheet metal and Fabrication) and procedure 
2-Validation/ Verification of quality standard under DT/NDT 
3-Internal ISO 9001 audit and conduct management reviews
4-Material testing from certified laboratories under ASTM/ASME standards
5-Ensuring the compliance of BOS.
6-Root Causing regarding QIs (Quality Incidents)
7-Follow up Suppliers feedback in accordance with SQA
8-Process Capability Reviews (Cp, Cpk, 6 Sigma)
9-Ensuring healthy environment at all working stations
10-5S Management 

Quality Assurance

1_ Development of yearly departmental objectives and plan.
2_ Annual budget working and projects allocation.
3_ Development of Work instructions for all production processes. Product Standards, SOPs, MOMs.
4_ Development of procedures & standards for all processes for product realization.
5_ Implementation of identified solutions for control of rework & rejection.
6_ Maintaining of all documents and records of ISO 90012008 QMS
7_ Arrangement of internal/External audits as per ISO Guide Lines.
8_ Preparation of Value added activities/Kaizen report.

Quality Control

1-Liaison with R&D department for improvements in product and process quality.
2-Identification of areas for improvement and critical significance to reduce Rejection and Rework.
3-Raw material inspection and claim preparation of rejected parts from suppliers.
4-Supplier’s Evaluation on monthly basis to reduce the rejection rate in SFGs and raw.
5-Visits to supplier’s end for continuous improvement in parts/material.
6-Critical feedback and improvement action plans sharing with supplier to improve the parts
