This role involves analyzing performance data, leading cross-functional teams, optimizing output, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Primary point of contact for site performance, driving initiatives to maximize ROI and sustainability.*Key Responsibilities** - **Performance Monitoring & Analysis:** - Utilize SCADA, IoT, and data analytics tools to track real-time plant performance. - Identify underperforming assets (e.g., inverters, modules) and troubleshoot root causes. - Generate reports on KPIs (availability, yield, PR) and recommend corrective actions. - **Team Leadership & Collaboration:** - Lead a team of technicians, analysts, and engineers to execute APM strategies. - Collaborate with O&M, engineering, and finance teams to align on plant goals. - Manage relationships with contractors, utilities, and regulatory bodies. - **Optimization & Innovation:** - Develop strategies to enhance energy output and reduce downtime (e.g., predictive maintenance, retrofitting). - Pilot new technologies (drones, AI) to improve monitoring and efficiency. - **Compliance & Safety:** - Ensure adherence to HSE policies, grid codes, and environmental regulations. - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans. - **Financial & Reporting Oversight:** - Monitor OPEX/CAPEX budgets and cost-saving initiatives. - Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors. - **Emergency Response:** - Lead rapid response to operational disruptions and natural disasters.

The sales team would liaison for that.* Oversee electrical works and maintenance on-site, including tasks such as Electrical Wiring, Panel Installations, Electric Panel design, Earthing, Cable Laying, and the Installation of Renewable Energy Plants and generators.* Routine quality check of mechanical and electrical works at the site sign the report accordingly and ensure that workmanship is as per the company’s standards.* Develop work schedules and allocate tasks accordingly, ensuring efficient planning and execution.* Prioritize safety requirements and implement necessary measures.* Foster effective interaction and coordination among team members and the vendors onboard.* Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients regarding system design, performance optimization, and maintenance best practices.* Generate and compile Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports, incident reports, project completion reports, and other relevant documentation.
