• To supervise and monitor all field workers’ activities of the project.
• To check, edit, enter and supervise data entries of the project.
• To ensure validity of data collected from the field.
• To assist field supervisor/project manager to carryout day to day work of the project
• To perform all the duties assigned from time to time by the project manager
• To cross check anthropometric measurements of children and mothers
• Work on excel sheets, encrypt and decoding data sets to prepare graphic presentations and analytical reports.
• Prepare monthly follow up plan and ensure field teams execute activities accordingly.
• Review and finalize collected data sheets to elude anticipated errors before making entries in the system.
• To generate monthly/weekly progress reports for the project manager

• To visit companies and Schools for scheduling meetings regarding packages
• To assist the manager in planning to achieve goals
• To assist the manager in writing reports and analyzing data
• To arrange promotional events
• To visit park on weekly basis to assure quality services for visitors
• To accomplish marketing and organizational mission by completing related result as needed

• Responsible for identification, mapping of Union Councils (UCs)
• Responsible for identification of locations for health camps.
• To conduct individual meetings with community elders, HCPs, Religious/Political leaders, fathers and household elders.
• To arrange group sessions.
• To monitor community mobilization activities.
• Responsible for facilitation of female sessions
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor as when required
