Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Arrange travel and accommodations
Schedule in-house and external events
Resolution of each complaint against overnight booked shipments. Sorting Monthly record of complaints by different categories. Email response to head office team. Closing cases on customer satisfaction.
