vigilance officer
• Vigilance officer” in Faysal Bank from October 2017 to till date.
• Role as a vigilance officer is to review the consumer portfolio including Credit Card, Personal Loan, Faysal Flexi Credit and Auto Loan. To ensure all the approved applications are compiled SBP guidelines regarding consumer finance as well as bank’s defined policy and procedures.
• Review includes, customer bank account statement, eligibility criteria of taking loan, Verifications report, Ecib and DBR report.
• Highlighting the observations to the management
• Taken follow-up to ensure highlighted observations are timely communicated and being resolved.
• Preparing and maintaining the MIS of all reviewed cases including all four products.
