• Maintain records of all mature & Unmetered Deals done by Sales Executive & Presents weekly Reports of Deals to CEO.
• Maintain all expense accounts.
• Record All Petty Cash Expenses.
• Write all official letters & Emails to Bahria Head Office as per requirement.
• Prepare Income Statements , Balance sheet & other report at the end of each month to measure profitability of organization
• And all task designated by CEO.
• Preparation of all invoices whether on cash or tax basis in Quickbooks
• Takecare of all expenses and prepare
a) Pettycash statement.
b) Fuel statement.
c) Invoices regarding expenses.
d) Getting approval of expenditure invoices.
e) Issuance of cheques thereoff.

• To pass the adjustment entries.
