Advanced Intelligent Biometric Gate Security System

It is a well-known fact that every person in this world is seeking for ultimate security system. Research has gone on various gate security systems such as traditional security systems provide indications by alarm. Because of betterment in techniques, many gate security systems are based on microcontroller, many sensors, software like MATLAB and PROTEUS, password and biometrics like face recognition and Iris scanner. Biometrics system can be used as an efficient security choice. An important human identification method that is used in biometrics is finger impression authentication, as finger impressions of every person is distinct so therefore it can be used in many security options. Now a days, combined security systems are being used for security involving biometric authentication devices like finger impressions scanner, iris scanner and face recognition. Gate security systems has been designed using biometrics like finger impressions but the problem is that various methods has been discovered to steal finger impressions. In our project, we designed and implemented a two way biometric finger impression authentication gate security system to restrict identity thieves from making illegal operations. We designed GSM based security system which provides improved security as whenever a duplicate attempt is made, a text message is sent to a cell number in order to take necessary actions.
