Having a passion for hospitality, my background includes 25+ years of experience serving as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, F&B Captain, and Associate within both, 5, 4 and 3 star Hotels, as well as private fine dining/Buffet Restaurants.
