Quality control Engineer
Working as quality control Engineer in production department.
Maintain Quality Standard of process controller i.e. PH, Conductivity and Flow Controller.
Working on RO (Reverse osmosis) plants and solve Electrical related issue in field. Install Process controller in water treatment fields and perform calibration of these controllers.
Electrical Engineer
Working on Electrical Panels and control system.
Maintain Electric Machines and ensured safety parameter. Supervised daily routine Electrical works.
Working on inductions motors up to 220 kW.
Supervised over hauling of motors and termination of power cable. Commissioning and erection of new plants and supervise Electrical work and make layout of route of power cable and select the Electrical equipment with respect to load.
Maintain Electrical record and make daily progress report and sent to Head office.
Working on three phase and single phase system and ensured that production running smoothly and without any interruption.
