1. Extrusion Blow Moulding, in EBM we are manufacturing different size,weight,thickness of Rectangular jerry Cans for Locals and International Customers.
2. Extrusion blown film , Bag making, pouches with bottom sealing & Reprocessing(Recycle films) departments, making LLDPE,HDPE film, shrink film & reprocessing of wastage films.
3. Paper Cup Printing & Forming, in Paper cup different width and size of Paper Roll we are Importing from US and then printed by multiple colors depend upon Customer required Specifications, after printing we categorized in 9oz, 7oz and 4oz paper Blanks finally we run in Paper cup forming machines and get our end products in shape of "Glass Paper cup".
Our paper cup product is approved by ISO 9001 QMS,
4.Extrusion Roll Sheet, Thermoforming & Dry-offset Printing, in this section we have a wide range of Products, for making new product design, Product Data Sheet, Colour chart etc, looking Quality issues discuss in meeting and for solving these Quality problems, looking Customer complaints, problem route cause, investigation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES –
*Developing Quality Control procedures for the manufacture of products with adherence to GMP & HACCP.
*Ensuring Hygiene of Production Vicinity, Equipment & Personnel.
*Ensuring the quality of Raw Material & Packing Material.
*Research for developing new product & also for improving the quality of present food chain product.
*Making Sure that hygienic condition, storage & procedures are maintained during the processing & packing of food chain articles.
*Analyze the root cause of the problems & suggest remedies to improve the quality & reduce losses.
Quality Control Officer-
• Monitor the raw material inspection, review records & update standard specs of RMs as motioned in certificate of analysis (COAs) from supplier.
• Coordinate with Production In-charge /Supervisors & Managers regarding process control/ process improvements during production and guide them for quality production.
• Provide a report for any deviation / non conformance from the standard requirements to production through NCR, analyzed and follow up its corrective and preventive action.
• Maintain all records of all line inspection as per QMS procedure requirements.
• Prepare COA, COC, and Product Data Sheet as per the requirements of customer & sales.
• Update & maintain all ISO Quality records, documents in relevant file.
• Target zero non-conformance during internal & external audits of QMS & FSMS.
• Conduct an internal audit of 5S, & ISO QMS/ FSMS based the plan schedule.
• Provide a presentation and perform in a monthly quality review meeting.
• Perform and assist other laboratory activities.
In Extrusion blown film, Bag making, pouches with bottom sealing & Reprocessing(Recycle films) departments, making LLDPE, HDPE film, shrink film & reprocessing of wastage films Major responsibilities: preparing daily and monthly production report on MS Office Excel sheet taking Customer order, physically check every machine product also providing technical assistance to each operators.
